In this cottage-chalet, although at the gates of Périgueux, you will feel like you are in the middle of nature!<br><br>From its terrace with barbecue you will have a panoramic view of beautiful quiet grounds.<br>The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people, in 4 bedrooms.<br><br>The cottage includes:<br>- an entrance to the open kitchen, open to the dining room with flat screen TV, and terrace overlooking the garden<br>- a corridor leading to the bathroom with shower, the separate toilet and the first bedroom with double bed<br>- a living room with sofa and armchair<br>- 3 bedrooms around the living room, and in each a double bed, the 4th with 2 single beds.<br><br>Bedding, towels, wifi and TV included<br><br>Possibility to rent the adjacent studio if desired (for a total of 10 beds).<br><br>The chalet is non-smoking. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 20 euros.<br><br>Arrivals are possible from 4 pm and departure before 11 am. However, it is possible to arrange to arrive earlier or leave later (subject to availability and at an additional cost)<br><br>A travel cot and a baby bath can be provided if required.<br><br>Havre Nature Boulazac is located just a 5-minute drive from Périgueux, with hiking trails around.<br>Nearby tourist places: Périgueux: St Front Cathedral, Byzantine style, Vesuna Gallo-Roman museum; the Isle valley (Saint-Astier, Neuvic, Grignols..); Brantôme, Lascaux caves, Proumeyssac chasm, Hautefort castles, Beynac, Puyguilhem, Sarlat, Domme (medieval village), Bergerac, Montbazillac, Brantome, Les Eyzies... Bordeaux 1h30 away. <br>Many sports and leisure activities are available: cycling, swimming, hiking, mushroom picking, canoeing, tree climbing, etc. <br><br>Enjoy the famous local gastronomy: truffles, walnut cakes, foie gras, gizzards, confits...<br><br>Access to the cottage by vehicle, bike or on foot (no bus nearby).<br>Périgueux is a town accessible by train (TER), bus, car, bike or hiking trails.<br>Free private parking on site.<br>Entry into the accommodation is done independently with a key box and its code.<br>In case of problems, don't worry, we are available 7 days a week for long hours!
