Air conditioning did not adequately cool the room. The noise of the A/C was extremely high that it affected my hearing the next day. The coffee machine had to be unplugged, and plugged back in for it to properly work. A single light in the left corner of the room lit at 2:00 A.M. causing me to wake up. The light switches in the room did not turn on and off the lights properly. The pool was dirty oil, and hair floating in the pool.

The staff was fantastic and the service was top notch. Breakfast was included in the stay we selected and boy wad it delicious and varied each day. I would highly recommend staying here as it’s probably the nicest hotel in Pereira.

The property is excellent, but the AC in the rooms is not cold at times. It is a green hotel an even with the room key on all the time the room feels hot and my wife complain all the time. Other than that the hotel is a 5 star
