Stylish Cornish Village 3 bedroom house old Newlyn

Trevorrows loft is a bright and contemporary space hidden in the heart of the traditional old part of Newlyn, between Mousehole and Penzance. A moment's walk from the tolcarne gastro pub, the famous art gallery, and right on top of Newlyn green beach, leading to Penzance promenade. It's a traffic free location, although pre paid space in car park 50 yards away. The art is by local painter Ricky Chaplain, and the sun streams into the house in the mornings. The master bedroom is an en suite loft and has a beautifully open feel.
The space
A lovely modern space, free from clutter.
We use top quality hotel linen and towels.
Fully functional kitchen including coffee pod machine (with pods), nuitribullet, dishwasher etc etc
Combi boiler and central heating giving instant endless hot water.
stylish local art, mid-century furniture.
Guest access
Whole private house with no shared space. Complete self check in process, although assistance easily available at request.
Other things to note
Parking is an issue in Newlyn!
We have a parking permit for one car in a private 'first come first served' car park, 50 yards away for our guests.
Spaces are not guaranteed.. but usually no problem.
