QUIET HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW
- Recent house on one level, offering quality services and a beautiful sea view. Ideally located in the town of PENVENAN, near the typical port of Buguéles, the islands of Pellinec bay and Port-Blanc, you can admire the splendid colors of the coast and take advantage of the many hiking trails (GR 34 nearby), beaches, kayaking, sailing school and fishing on foot.
Located 3 km from the market town of Penvenan with its many shops and weekly markets, 8 km from Tréguier and only 15 km from Lannion and Perros-Guirec.
PENVENAN is located between Perros Guirec and Paimpol. The sites to visit as well as the nautical activities in the surroundings are numerous.
Our cottage has a large lawn, free parking on site, and a bicycle storage room.
The interior design is contemporary, very functional and bright. The kitchen with a central island is perfectly equipped, the living room and lounge are spacious. The rooms have quality bedding. One of the bedrooms has its private bathroom with double sink. The 2 toilets are separate. WIFI internet access.
