The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very nice and helpful as well, the room are super clean and the bathrooms as well they clean the rooms every day and do a good job at it. They have free coffee on the 2nd floor every morning for the guest which is a nice touch, but I think they could do a little better with fruits, bananas, apples, oranges as well for those who don't drink coffee in a better selection of pastries as well. Over all I did enjoy my stay and will be back to stay he again.

This was my 2nd staying there. Parking could always be an issue. The ac is already set up so, it was very cold all day and night. The staff was very courteous and everything was very clean. Iā€™ll give it 4 1/2 stars.

I love staying at this hotel! The customer service was excellent, , the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and have a gorgeous view. It has a lovely restaurant, but I haven't visited it yet! I've stayed here twice already and will return every time I travel to Puerto Rico! My favorite hotel!! 100% RECOMMENDED!

I love staying at this hotel! The customer service was super excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and have a gorgeous view. It has a lovely restaurant, but I haven't visited it yet! A true surprise! Nice and clean accommodations with elevator access and very well care for. Located in the heart of the town of PeƱuelas, Puerto Rico in front of The Plaza. You will find a nice pool and a a nice restaurant connected to the hotel which is not associated to the property. The person I was with has mobility issues so we really appreciated the ramp at the entry for easier access. One negative we found is that this property does not have their own private parking. Street parking only. They kinky made an exception a few times later at night time and allowed us to park in the front part of the hotel which is only for drop off and pick up. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it!

I'm glad I found this hotel, it was half an hour from my family. Stayed 1 night Sunday to Monday. Arrived at 5ish parked outside (I was a little worried, but nothing happened to the rental) quick check in, asked for an extra pillow and checked out the pool quick.. so the lady thought I was downstairs when She went to the room to give us the pillow at the room she didn't knock and scared us šŸ˜… we changed and used the pool it's small but we enjoyed it.... Its missing some tiles so be careful with fingers. We then went to the restaurant downstairs The Food was quick to arrive and delicious HOWEVER, we felt ignored šŸ™ after the food arrived the waiter Never came back. And waited a long time for someone to finally come to me and give me the check and a plate to go. We went back to the room, bed, pillows were comfy, temperature stayed at 70 you cannot adjust but that was perfect for us, after 10pm we didn't hear no more Loud music from bars or cars, we would stay again.
