From the front yard to the upstairs, no attention to detail is spared. There are 3 different outdoor sitting areas - balcony off one of the 2 suites upstairs, the front French door patio, and the back patio, the kitchen is a gourmet’s dream with Viking appliances. We had a problem with the automated door lock and the host addressed it immediately. While it’s not on the beach, it’s only 5 minutes away. Neighborhood has mixed houses, so some housing is not up to standard, but it is obviously in the process of being totally transformed.
