Golf cart can be driven around the neighborhood. Beach Access 3 is quite small and along a beach stretch with a lot of private property. We enjoyed Johnson Beach where there was a ton of parking and space. There are lots of beach toys, several beach chairs and other beach supplies to use. Game room was lots of fun for the kids. This was our first time staying off the ocean and Sea Haven had everything we needed! The house is amazing. The beds are super comfortable. The game room entertained the kids and adults nightly. We have a family of 12 (3 couldn't make it last minute) kids are ages 5 to 15\. It had everything we needed. We used the grill almost everyday. The kids loved the game room and the short distance to the beach was very convenient. I loved the bed in the downstairs master! It was sooooo comfy. Every one else said the same about their beds. Some places skimp on the mattresses but they spared no expense here! The smoke alarm is very sensitive. Some smoke came in the back door while grilling and set the alarm off a couple times. Home was recently completed in May. It also included a nice game room and plenty of beds/bedrooms. Only negative would be no fans in the upstairs bedrooms and TVs in bedrooms need to be MUCH bigger.
