The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring new tile flooring, fresh paint, sleek cabinets, and stunning quartz countertops. Equipped with brand-new appliances, it’s ready for all your culinary adventures.
The master bedroom is a serene retreat, complete with a king-size bed and a chic ensuite bath featuring a sliding barn door. The spacious second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, providing ample room for relaxation. Sacred Heart Hospital is only a mile away, and you’re just 14 miles from the beautiful Pensacola Beach and 20 miles from the stunning Perdido Key and Johnson's Beaches.
This home combines modern updates with a prime location, making it an ideal place to live and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kim’s duplex. It is very clean and well thought out with everything you are likely to need during your stay . Excellent location with easy access to north and south Pensacola. It’s located on a relatively street but noise was not an issue . Thanks Kim!
