The Townhome beach retreat is short drive/1600ft from the beach, some walk but it is an effort. Close to Pedros and Perdido Sports Bar(music).

5-10minute walk to the beautiful Perdido Key beach and Johnson beach.
Not a high rise, easy parking pad and easy entry to unit. No elevator ride.
Easy loading from/to car.

Close to restaurants.

This is not a gulf front property, it is very close. Bring your federal park pass for Johnson Beach access-in my opinion a very amazing part of the emerald coast with access to the gulf and the intercoastal waterway.

This is not a place where you ride an elevator and step on the beach. We are close. Check the maps. Many stay here and enjoy the beach and also the sports bar and Pedros. Both serve food/drinks and are walkable. We are a few minutes drive to Flora-Bama.

Insider tip - head early to the beach during high times(9am ish) or hit beaches in late afternoon.
Guest access
Unit is a two minute drive to the Johnson beach entrance. This is a wonderful beach to access. Also there are many public accesses nearby.
Other things to note
Unit has two adult twin beds and one queen size bed. Unit has two full-size sofas. No sleeper sofa.

The bedrooms are close together, separated by a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor.
