While we’re excited for the improvements, we want to be transparent that we do not yet know the full impact this work may have on Palafox-facing units, including potential noise or other environmental effects. Please keep this in mind when booking stays between January and June, especially January–February, as construction—including demolition—is scheduled to occur 24/7, and these units overlook the construction area. We’re happy to answer any questions or provide additional details upon request. Entry to The Lofts should not be affected, as there are two alternative entrances located on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience. \-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. Plenty of entertainment and dinning within short walking distance. Beaches and other attractions are 5 to 15 minute drive. Airport is just 15 minutes away. Only thing to be aware of is this unit faces Palafox so it’s a bit noisy during the peak evening hours, especially on the weekend. For a more quiet experience book a unit on the parking side.
