The Space:
The unit is a 500 sq ft duplex unit. It is small but mighty. It’s equipped with all you would need for a couple or small group visiting. It has an open floor plan and a large kitchen relative to the space as well as a great outdoor area.

The Neighborhood:
The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.

The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!

The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.

Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.
