  • Ocean Breeze West is perfect for those who enjoy small complexes. The building has 47 units with a Gulf front swimming pool and a large sun deck. This condo is located on the west end of the 4th floor with unbelievable south and west beach views. Side windows make the condo sunny and bright.  There's a spacious living/dining room and really nice bar at the open kitchen.  The condo has1338 SF of living area with a large Gulf Front balcony from the Living Room. Wood-plank ceramic tile throughout Living, Dining with Ceramic Tile in Foyer, Kitchen and Baths. Bedrooms are carpeted.
