Welcome to Blue Water Retreat! This is the perfect place for your next beach vacation! This coastal chic 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that can accommodate up to 8 people. Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage & private balcony. You're just a short walk or shuttle ride from the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. The open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with sofas & chairs, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a work space that includes a desk and chair, for those having to catch up on work or email. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances & all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience. When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf there are 3 relaxing bedrooms to retire to. The primary bedroom has comfortable bedding & a king size bed. The primary bedroom suite includes the primary bathroom with double sink vanity, & a beautiful walk-in shower. There is also a large flat screen tv to catch a movie. Great location in Lost Key, so close to the beach and restaurants. We had easy access to the pool facility and really liked being able to call for the shuttle to pick us up and drop off at the beach club! We stayed as a large family and was so happy that there was plenty of space so we never felt cramped. Definitely a place we will come back to! My family enjoyed the townhouse immensely because it is perfectly located to be a short drive from all of the most popular places in perdido. They also had a lot of amenities on the property such as a tennis court, pool, gym, a beach club, and enough space that we could ride our bikes around the property with ease. The only time we left the property was to go to Johnson’s Beach which is only a 4 or 5 minute drive from the property.
