Enjoy the large in-ground heated pool with spa (extra fee applies for heating pool), then stroll steps down the street to access 2 miles of State Park Beach! We provide beach chairs and beach wagon to making the trip to the beach easy. Outside enjoy the private pool and spa, with ledge loungers and other outdoor furnishings, including a BBQ grill, firepit, corn hole and outdoor shower. The home has a ground floor bunkroom/recreation room/office, and double garage. The game room includes an Xbox, Pac-Man arcade and other assorted games and toys. There is also a ping pong table in the garage for your enjoyment. Ascend the stairs to the main living area where you'll find a light and airy living room featuring a fireplace and beautiful natural light. On this level of the home, there is a full bath, state of the art kitchen, large dining area and a sun porch that spans the width of the home. There is also a home gym with exercise equipment, Peloton and sauna. Enjoy endless views and privacy of a mile of State Park preserve and the most stunning of sunsets! The kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space, granite countertops, an island and stainless appliances and a large pantry. Has all the amenities that one could want, large kitchen, large bedrooms, lots of balconies to watch sunset and sunrise. It includes a fire pit and heated swimming pool. Is a short walk to the beach. Private access to remote area of beach. Only 7-8 other families with tents on the beach when we were there in August. Beach access is easy to get to. We used the playpen for my two year old to sleep in and the master closet was huge enough for the playpen with plenty extra room. We did have to buy a baby gate for the stairs after the youngest took a tumble down them, but that would be my only suggestion to make the place even better! We had a great time! ##### Morgan H. Every morning we had our breakfast outside on the 2nd floor deck, which overlooks the state park with beautiful birds and bunnies to the back, the boats on the Bay (and private pool) to the right, and the Gulf to the left. We even saw a deer one morning. I could have sat there all day! The entrance to the State Park beach is two houses down, with a protected walkway which was easy for my elderly parents to navigate. Super convenient and felt like our own private beach. We really liked the outdoor shower when we returned from the beach, which allowed us to shower off before jumping in the pool. The house was great for both adults and kids and had many things to do (including foosball and video games), when there was an afternoon shower. It is close to some family- friendly restaurants and Publix in both Florida and Alabama. We plan on renting this house again! The house was perfect for our family with lots of space and comfortable beds. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the finishes and furniture though. The property was listed as luxury and it was not luxury. Particle board dressers, a game room with broken arcade game, a broken bed that’s was just cheaply made, broken mirror and areas on the wall where the new paint was completely missed. There was something almost daily that I had to message the lwwrs about that we kept finding broken. The house was nice just not luxury and I believe overpriced for what we got. ##### Abby C.
