Step inside and feel instantly at home in the bright, open-plan living area, the true heart of the cottage. Relax on the comfortable sleeper sofa and enjoy a movie night on the 65" smart TV. The space flows seamlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ready for your culinary creations.

Master Bedroom: A private escape featuring a plush queen bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bench.  
  
Guest Bedroom: Offers another cozy queen bed, a smart TV, and easy access to the second full bathroom, which includes a convenient shower/tub combo.

Other Things to Note:  
  
1) Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the property must be 21 years of age or older.  
  
2) Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, you are subject to additional fees for mid-stay cleans. We like to change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition.  
  
3) Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a nonrefundable property damage protection fee that covers up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages. This is subject to exclusions and limitations. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.  
  
4) Pre-Arrival: Prior to checking in, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form. This allows us to gather your travel information and ensure you have reviewed our rental terms and conditions for a smooth arrival.
