The staff at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. The accommodations were very clean and well maintained. The shuttle service is excellent. It was a little difficult to get thru the gate not only at check-in but also on a daily basis. Only one guard would check people in and everyone else had to wait even if you already had checked in. We did not have a code for the garage so we had to continuously open it from the inside. It was a little hard walking up the exterior stairs at night since most of the lights on the steps did not work. All issues were minor and are easy to fix. The people from the property were excellent and continued to make sure our stay was excellent. We were Very happy and will definitely stay there again. ##### Klaus R. Lost Key is in a perfect location. Close to everything but quiet and definitely had less of a “touristy” feel. Plenty of grassy areas and sidewalks to take long walks with the dogs. But directly across the street from the beach. We rented chairs and umbrellas each day instead of lugging them along and it was definitely worth it. We had a great time getting drinks and snacks at the club and venturing into town for dinner. The owners were very easy to communicate with and they made sure our stay was good. Each bedroom has outlets that do not work in all bedrooms. Very poor lighting in 2 of the bedrooms.Both pools were so dirty that they closed them down and the maintenance guy explained that it was managements fault for not letting them clean them as needed. The carpet on the stairways are really dirty and smell. The information book needs phone numbers updated as we needed to contact security about a delivery and the number was incorrect also the information at the shuttle hours were not right. The shuttle service asked us to put this in our review. Please update your information. Trash was left in the closet where the broom was and broken mop with empty cleaning bottles. There were cockroaches and I was able to finally kill one to show a picture on my review if that is possible but see no place to do that ##### joni M.
