The beds were comfortable and everything was included for an inviting stay. That being said, we are beach lovers, and we are people who love to stay right on the beach, so this property might not have been the best choice for us. Even though there was a complimentary shuttle service, the beach area provided for guests was entirely too small and incredibly crowded, so we only spent one day on the beach, which was disappointing. There were gnats and fruit flies all in the property when we arrived. The trash can in the garage was covered with maggots and smelled awful. The neighbors complained IMMEDIATELY that the trash was outside and smelled bad. Neighbors were RUDE to my kids. The plumbing backed up in the front yard and the property management team totally ignored us. There was feces in the front yard for most of our stay. When I called VRBO to complain their best response was go stay at the Motel 6 several miles inland. Ultimately the property manager was a total waste of time and did not address the AWFUL mess the people who stayed prior to us left. I would stay away from this one. Especially for the price we paid. Should have known better when you had to sign a form to stay there stating you wouldn’t get your credit card company involved if the condo was dirty. ##### Emrey W.
