It’s a great time for a winter getaway! Book now to enjoy a little peace in paradise!

This spacious beachfront condo is in a low density building with private white sand beach right on the Gulf! Only 10 Units in the property which is adjacent to Perdido Key State Park! Relax on your private patio while enjoying the gulf view!

Unit B2 is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun family getaway or a romantic couple’s retreat! The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bath with jetted tub. Second bedroom has a king-sized bed and twin bunks. B2 comfortably sleeps 6 and is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach chairs, umbrella, soft cooler, and sand toys are also available for use. A PlayStation4 with games and DVDs is located in the living room! Close to restaurants, shopping and the famous Flora-Bama! Come enjoy our little piece of paradise!

Please note reservations are not complete until I receive the signed rental contract and copy of your license. Our process is extremely easy as I do contracts through electronic signature. You must be 25 and up to rent from us.

Perfect Getaway

This property is very clean and spacious. My favorite part was its proximity to the beach. It is just a few steps away from a nice quiet beach. I also loved the deck with a perfect ocean view. This was a great property for a girl’s trip. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was the perfect location. Kathy thought of everything from snacks and waters when we arrived, to beach towels and any sand toy and or floaties. It was a great place to unwind for a week.

Beautiful stay

We stayed in this condo for three nights with four adults and a child. It was perfect for space. Clean and accommodating. We enjoyed our view of the beach with quick and easy access as well. We loved being able to walk to shrimp basket and a short drive to Orange Beach.

Perfect location and accommodations for a week/weekend on the quieter side of Perdido Key. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place had everything we needed including a view of the beach and water. The Gulf supplied the rest.

"Home" away from home

Spinnaker Unit 2B was nicely furnished with updated appliances & comfortable furniture in the living room & master bedroom. This unit was very clean & had everything needed for the week & even some extras of tp, laundry & trash bags, just to name a few

Location right on the private beach is the best! The dunes were beautiful. Everything to do with the condo was pristine and orderly. I brought my 20 year old grandson for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the quiet time to decompress. We also enjoyed shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall.

Little getaway

Took a little trip with some of our family. You know you’re staying at a nice place when none of the in-laws complain. Lol. Very clean and quiet. Easy access to the beach. Great location for finding tons of shells! Appreciated the personal touches from the owner. Looking forward to staying here again.
