Home has deeded beach access rights across from Sharp Reef, and the public access right across from Lafitte Reef is OPEN to the public. New pool March 2023! Private pool is large and has a beautiful view of the canal. Peridise Key Vacation Rental in Perdido Key, Florida is a very spacious home, situated on the bay directly across the street from the beach and is newly remodeled and full of upgrades. This is a single story 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom beach house with an outdoor shower. TWO MASTER BEDROOMS with ensuite bathrooms. It is a family friendly location that will sleep up to 10 guests in beds and in bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, & bunk rooms has1 Twin & 1 twin bed over double bunk bed). This rental comes fully furnished with: linens, towels, starter soap, detergent, toilet paper, & paper towels. There is not a daily cleaning service. Premium mattresses. Outside Living: The spacious deck and dock include power and water, our beach house is located on the intracoastal waterways in the Perdido Key Coves subdivision which is completely surrounded by undeveloped state parks also known as Perdido Key State Park, connected to beautiful canals and just yards from the boardwalk to the never crowded white beaches of the Gulf. This beach home has one of the largest outdoor living area's complete with a 90’ dock making it the largest in the neighborhood. This will accommodate up to a 40' boat. This is a Boaters delight with plenty of boat parking with several tie up cleats. The dock includes dry parking for 1 Jetski allowing for quick access to the sand bars or breakfast, lunch, and dinner at: Tacky Jacks, FloraBama Yacht Club, Ole River Bar & Grill, Lulu's, & Pirates Cove just to name a few. Head down to the dock to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. The charcoal grill is located adjacent to the patio on the primary bedroom side. The owner was a joy to work with and was quick to respond. The public access that is the closest to the house was closed and after talking to the visitor center, we learned it has been closed for a while. One of the reasons we picked the house was the quick walk to the beach and was disappointed to learn it wasn't available. There is an access point semi-walking distance away, but not easy with kids or walking back wet. That said, the good news is the close access point should be opening next week! Less than a mile away is a public access with parking and we ended up using that. The pool is great! The pictures don't do it justice. It is bigger than expected and was a great way to close out our day. There were a few issues with the settings, but still a great experience. The only downside to the pool is the finishing on the bottom and sides is rough and left all the kids in our group with scrapes. ##### Jennifer F. We had a great stay at this home. The property is what made it fantastic. It is located in a quiet area away from the busy areas of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but close enough to get there quickly as needed. The outdoor area was wonderful with a great pool, patio, and access to the inner-coastal water at the back of the property. The private pool and house being walking distance to the beach was awesome. The host also had great communication which was helpful. This house was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and was just like the pictures. The pool was used multiple times a day and the backyard is absolutely stunning! We fished, built sandcastles, listened to the Bluetooth speakers and swam in out private pool. The house was close to everything we did. 12 of use all were amazed with the cleanliness and decorative house as well as all the extra amenities provided.
