This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!  
  
\*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts until the end of May. All the shops, restaurants, and bars that we love so much will still be open! While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one. Entry to the Lofts and close parking will not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. Please bear in mind when booking, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!\*\*\*

Guests of the Lofts can enjoy exclusive access to a fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. On the same city block, you will find a variety of conveniences such as hair salon, spa, restaurants, and retail shopping.  
  
Parking  
  
While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24).  
  
Things to know  
  
If you plan on using the sleeper sofa, please let us know ahead of time so we can place the proper sheets in the condo. Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience.

Reviewer Comments: Locals who decided to try this out- beautiful brand new renovated hideaway in the heart of the first block of Palafox- luxurious, comfortable and spacious. Steps away from the Saenger Theater, great restaurants and the heart of vibrant downtown. Great for a getaway, and will also have employees and colleagues stay here when they’re in town for work- they can walk right across the street.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying at Brent Lofts! Skyelar was extremely helpful with questions before and during our stay, the condo was well-stocked and beautiful, and we enjoyed the stay so much! It was so convenient for all of the events during a wedding weekend we were in town for. We would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Pensacola area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay, easy to walk everywhere. Would be easier if they generated a code for the door locks vs relying on an app but otherwise it’s great
