Great space and fun extras. Really enjoyed the comfort and beach accessibility. Host left bikes and beach chairs for use as well as board games and plenty of kitchen supplies. Will definitely book this one again.

We were looking forward to our stay at Villas on the Gulf, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations, especially for the amount we paid. The walk to the beach was farther than expected and should be noted more clearly in the listing. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the unit. It did not feel thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, and there was a very unpleasant musty smell that we discovered seemed to be coming from mold in the A/C vents. The couches also felt damp throughout our entire stay, which was very uncomfortable and added to the musty feeling inside. We contacted the host, who was communicative and let us know a “ticket” had been submitted, but unfortunately, nothing was actually done to address the issue during our stay. The 9:00 AM checkout time is also ridiculously early for a vacation rental and made departure morning feel unnecessarily rushed. Overall, the property has potential, but for the price we paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay. Between the cleanliness, mold/musty odor, damp furniture, lack of resolution, distance to the beach, and early checkout, we left disappointed.

There is no beach view from the tiny balcony of this condo. You are looking at a staircase and grass. Although the condo was clean the washing machine had a strong mildew smell(transferred to your clothing) and that makes the condo smell mildew too. The washer and dryer are literally in the middle of the dining/living room. Tiny, dirty swimming pool. Dishwasher was broken and beds were small and uncomfortable. Not worth the /night price they charge. Very far from restaurants and activities
