We had a wonderful time staying at Tristan Towers, Gulf Breeze Pensacola! The unit was spotless, well-equipped, and had a stunning sunrise and sunset.The beds were very comfortable, and everything worked perfectly, from the wi-fi to the kitchen appliances. The location was ideal - close to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, but still quiet and peaceful. The check-in process was very smooth, and the hosts were very nice and friendly. The pots, pans and silverware were filthy. Nothing was cleaned when we came in. The counter had crumbs, dirty curtains on the bottom in guest room. The sheets on the bottom bunk were stained, two was cloths had black all over them, the oven wasn’t cleaned, the tub in the guest room was dirty as well as the floor. They didn’t remove the lint from the dryer. Curtain had red stain with a huge spot surrounding it. I went out and bought a pan. I did alert the owner with photos and no response. Will never stay here again. Couldn’t add all the photos for some reason. Very unhappy. We ended up going out to eat for all our meals.
