This place was absolutely amazing, perfect location, beach wasn’t crowded, short drive to everything. The condo was perfect, comfy beds, felt right at home. Chase was very responsive, informative, gave recommendations, couldn’t have asked for a better place, or a better host. We will be back!

The condo worked great for our family of five. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and it had all the necessities we needed.We especially loved the convenience of the complex for accessing the beach and pool; it took only two minutes to have our feet in the sand. Even on Saturday, it never felt crowded and there was plenty of room to set up near the water.

This condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome stay. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The owner was so kind and easily contactable. He assisted us with our temporary parking permit. This property and especially Chase's unit was perfect!!

Wow!! Our trip to Pensacola was perfect because of this amazing condo!! The place was so beautiful, impeccably clean and relaxing. The condo was roomy and the beds are so comfortable!! The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is perfect. Chase was a great host and so helpful. You don’t want to miss out on this jewel! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pictures are pretty spot on. It’s cozy for a family of 4. They have made good use of the space. It was very clean, which is always a major plus. The furniture including the beds were comfortable and in good condition. We had a good view of the beach and the beach access was easy. The beach is spacious too, which is always welcomed. The overall area is quiet. The Local which is a cool, small deli/market/liquor store is across the street which was a plus for us. We would stay here again.

It's a beautiful place. We will stay there again if we are not residents in Pensacola by this time next year. The host was quick to respond to all my questions. We loved the fact that the beach was not over crowded like many others we had been to in the area.

This condo was a prefect fit for my family. We enjoyed the place and the view. Nothing like waking up to the ocean as you open up the door. And not to forget it’s walking distance and not so easy for the public. Host was great at communicating, which makes the experience even better.
