Welcome to Portofino Tower 5-1408! This condo has all new furnishings and features stunning gulf front views! Easy access to the beach, tower pool and hot tub on the ground level.

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

As a guest of Portofino you do have full access to the Lifestyle Center which is the heart of Portofino. This is where we do have our 2 outdoor infinity pools overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound, Fitness Center, Restaurant, Indoor Heated Pool, Market and Spa.

The condo was beautiful and I loved every minute of my stay.

Nice unit, 2 or more outlets in kitchen not working. One shade in living room didn’t work, things happen! Unable to use most amenities but you can’t control the weather. Only mentioning these things so owner can fix them. Always enjoy our stay!

Beautiful well appointed condo with perfect view.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this condo. Upon arrival it was easy to see that it was immaculate. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need. I wanted to keep this little gem my secret so that it would be available for our planned 2 week visit next year but decided that others who may be considering it know that they couldn’t ask for more from a rental. Just as a final note, last year we rented the penthouse in the same building with the same view, the penthouse cannot even come close to this condo. Bigger definitely wasn’t better! Can’t wait to return to paradise next year. 😀
