🌴 Beach Getaway 🌴 Steps to Beach w/ Pool + Sleeps 22 + Gulf Views

  • ** New pool heater in place mid-November 2023, $75 a day for pool heat option **

    This is a beautiful property located at 1315 Ariola Drive is a house with unrestricted beach view and access to Pensacola Beach, just steps from driveway! The layout is kitchen, dining, living and Master BR with full bath on the main floor. This bedroom has a king bed. This floor has the screened in porch off the backside of the kitchen and the wrap around huge gulf front deck with propane grill and outdoor seating and dining.

    The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and additional screened in porch. The first bedroom is the 'master' bunkroom with ensuite bathroom and gulf views. It has two queen and two twins so it sleeps 6. The next bedroom has a king bed and shares the hallway full bathroom and has gulf views. The 4th bedroom is another bunk room with a queen platform bed and two twin built in bunks!

    Booking now for Holidays / Winter 2024 with great prices, and all dates thru  2025!
    This unit is well loved by guests, has return guests each year!
