"This hotel is old and tired. When I arrived, I was informed that the elevator was out for four weeks minimum. Since I had three bags and a pram plus limited mobility, I was very upset. To the staff's credit, they took me up in the service elevator but I still had to walk up and down many stairs everytime ..."

"Called here after waking the Cumbria way the room was clean and had a bath so after the 73 mile walk it was a bonus.. Staff where nice there’s a bar and they do food and breakfast in the morning we didn’t eat here Overall 8/10 it just needs updating Apart from that it’s fine"

North Lakes Hotel And Spa
"The room was modern but basic. We didn’t have a blind or sheer curtain so when we had the blackout curtains open there wasn’t much privacy. The carpet was stained. The children’s bed was wobbly and the frame had sticky marks on it. The small fridge wasn’t very clean and the bath could have been cleaner. ..."
