The lodge was a good size, bigger than we anticipated. There were some items in the lodge that required some maintenance, we told reception and they sent someone round to check these out. They fixed what they could there and then and said they'd sort the rest out once we checked out so as not to disturb us which was fine with us (nothing was critical). We had a lovely time with our 2 older daughters and the dog. There was a storm on the Saturday and we woke to snow but the lodge was nice and warm. There was everything you need and a small shop on site if you forgot to bring anything. There was an issue with the fridge making a loud noise when we got there but we rang the out of hours number and he came straight out and sorted it for us. Oh and the “sharp” knives could do with re-sharpening.
