The renovations include a new wood fired heater to embrace the winter months, whilst still enjoying the wonderful views of Penneshaw beach. Talinga On The Bay features floor to ceiling glass doors with spectacular views overlooking the beach, the Sealink passenger and vehicle ferry and mainland. At Seal Bay an experienced interpretive guide gives you an insight into the lives of Australian Sea lions. Flinders Chase Nat. Park is home to the Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch and the Rocky River information center - go back in time looking for fossils. Fur seals, koalas, platypus, glossy black cockatoos, cape barren geese and of course kangaroos will welcome you to the park and keep you entertained along the many walking trails - many leading to secluded, isolated beaches. It was comfortable and roomy. As we drove there Penneshaw was a great location as it was very close to the ferry. There were some interesting walks nearby. We did a day tour which also left from Penneshaw.Would love to come back and stay at the house for a longer period of time to further explore. We decided not to bring the dogs but the area at the back would be very suitable. Many thanks and regards. ##### Beth B. Everything was clean and well set out. Very comfortable. We were working all day but nice to come back and relax at the end of the day. 2 bathrooms which is a plus. You can see the Sealink dock and leave. Didn't get to use the pool table in the end but maybe next time. ##### Katy H.
