At the heart of a wooded park in a remarkable site surrounded by water, 100 m from the beach with direct access, my house offers a living room with double sofa bed, a dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed 160, and a bathroom. You can enjoy your meals indoors and outdoors to enjoy a superb view of the estuary of the ugly and the Atlantic Ocean. Calm and tranquility assured. Suitable for a couple with child (ren) or two young couples. Many hiking trails (GR 34 at the door of the house), exceptional fishing site on foot in front of the house, more than 20 km of beaches and coves, bike rental nearby ... Have a nice holiday!

Vacances au calme

Un séjour à Penestin au calme. Vue sur la mer de la terrasse du logement dans un jardin sublime. On y a croisées à plusieurs reprises un joli écureuil (que nous avons nommé Arthur) Des vacances au calme, dépaysement totale à 20m à pied de la première plage (Halguen) et d'un chemin côtier qui longe toutes les plages de Penestin. Gildas l'hôte est très agréable et très discret. Merci pour son accueil. Petit bémol le logement est un peu humide et un petit coup de rafraîchissement serait un plus. Je recommande toute fois sans hésitation pour des vacances calmes, reposantes et depaysantes.

Propreté sommaire, moisissure sur certains murs, location humide et pas de possibilité de mettre le chauffage, pas de télé, en panne , nous sommes partis 1 journée avant.Je ne comprends pas qu'Abritel cautionne de telle location,je croyais être tranquille, cela fait très chère la vue au loin sur la mer.Mériterait 60 euros maxi la nuit et non 100 euros payés?plus les frais ?,à ne plus refaire.Seule la salle d'eau et la tranquillité ok

Non conforme à la description pas de jacuzzi ( tout démonté)pas de vélo habitat très sommaire fait de bri et de broc.... télé qui marche ou pas ,des fils partout limite dangereux... ustensiles cuisine très vieux casseroles dont les queues se dévissent. Tout est à revoir. Seul point positif propriétaire très accueillant.. bonne literie.. océan proche. Mais la peur de notre vie lors tempête Alex tout l ‘ habitat bougeait .. racines des arbres poussaient les fenêtres...Danger !!!!

Die Lage direkt am Meer mit wunderbarem, kleinen Sandstrand und Spazierweg zum „plage de la mine d‘ or“ ist großartig! Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir haben einige Ausflüge gemacht. Das Haus ist leider nicht so toll. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Die Räume sind leider so muffig, dass man sich nicht darin aufhalten möchte. Das Nagetier in der Zwischenwand machte es nicht besser. Wir hatten zum Glück gutes Wetter, so dass der Urlaub im Ganzen gelungen war. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Vermieter zwischendurch wenigstens ein Mal fragt, ob alles okay ist.

Quel jardin

Cette petite maison est située dans un extraordinaire jardin. Le tout est situé à proximité de plusieurs plages peu fréquentées donnant sur la mer ou sur la Vilaine. La première plage est à 100 mètres Le calme y règne. La vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil ont été un plaisir chaque soir. Nous avons fait de nombreux barbecues (avec du bois du parc). Le sympathique propriétaire a une maison dans ce parc de plusieurs hectares. Sa présence facilite l'accueil et le service. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture côté de la porte de la maison. C'est très pratique pour les déchargements et chargements. La maison est simple mais si vous aimez vivre dehors au calme, l'endroit s'y prête merveilleusement. La maison reste petite, mais nos 2 enfants ont aimé le jardin autant que nous. Il vous faut une voiture pour y venir et pour faire les courses (2 à 3 km).
