"Still amazing! Great updates and superb food! It had been a few years since our last stay at Hotel Mayan Princess, and we couldn't be happier with our return. The recent renovations look fantastic, and the entire property is extremely well-maintained and beautiful. A special thanks to the staff (particularly Jenn) for being so warm and helpful throughout our stay. To top it all off, the food was spectacular, just as I remembered! Can't wait to visit again."

"Great stay, we're not divers but loved the location. Staff was helpful booking excursions for us at Anthony's Key for dolphins, glass bottom boat tour and more. Quaint little beach access away from the strip of hotels but within a 3-4 min walk of the main beach area as well. Airport shuttle back and forth was great and prompt. All in all great stay!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful with our last-minute check-in. They communicated quickly via WhatsApp to coordinate shuttle services and provided a welcome drink ticket and free breakfast. The room was very nice, and the amenities suited our needs well. The only downside was that the bed had a little sand on it and a hair on the pillow before we got into it. It is understandable, being near a beach, but I took off one star for cleanliness because of that. Otherwise, the pool was gorgeous, with easy access to the ocean, the pier, and several other resorts, restaurants, and the market. I would stay here again!"

"Our family of three spent a week at Sea Vue in the PH1 penthouse, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, Rosa and her team welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Although we don’t speak Spanish, the language barrier never stopped the staff from making us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. HINT: A translator app made communication easier. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi were spotless, and any issues were addressed promptly. Visiting in September during the off-season was wonderful—we practically had the place to ourselves! The hill to the property is very steep and definitely a workout, but even with my health limitations, I was able to manage it, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Everything is within walking distance of 10 minutes or less (the beach, restaurants, water taxis, etc.). What touched us most was the kindness of the staff. When you treat people with care and respect, they truly go above and beyond. Our housekeeping family even left sweet, thoughtful gifts in our room that we treasured. Sea Vue is more than a beautiful place to stay—the people make it special. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to return! ❤️"

Renovated West Bay Resort-Like Luxury! Ocean Views, Pool/W-Fall, Walk to Beach!

"We returned to Roatan for some diving and to see friends, and planned for a 3.5 week stay. We also were hoping from other friends might come out for part of our trip, so we looked for a place with room for 4 to spread out/have privacy, work space, access to the main area of West Bay, and the comforts of home. (We cook a lot and wanted a good kitchen). We found this listing and after introducing ourselves, immediately knew it was a good thing and booked. Lisa, the owner, was so welcoming and friendly, and provided all the needed info and contacts to make our arrival and stay smooth. We had friends pick us up, but transportation is available from the extended network of good people associated with the house and family. We were welcomed by Gabriel (the amazingly friendly and helpful property manager) and immediately felt at home. The property is gorgeous. It's in a quite area (important for us) and every detail inside and out has obviously been built and tended with great care. The dipping pool... we were in it every day, and it was a huge bonus. Everything was as described; comfortable, clean, functional, and again, simply put together with love and care.It is indeed walkable to the beach; we found a small rental car was helpful for enjoying West Bay and West End, especially for going to/from dives or coming home at night after a meal. Bonus: Porch Cats!I cannot recommend this home enough. We hope to be back soon!"
