Friendly and helpful staff but cleanliness in the rooms need an improvement

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel in Sitges. We love staying here. The rooms are lovely. Our room was described as 'Partial Sea View' but we had a full view of the sea and the entire town on Sitges. The view alone was amazing. Very comfortable room. Great bathroom. Two free bottles of water a day and every evening, a member of staff comes around to give guests a free chocolate! The breakfast buffer was wonderful. The staff were all so warm and friendly. Second time staying here and would definitely recommend. Lovely location with friendly and efficient staff. Nice pool area and comfortable bedrooms, relaxed cafe/ bar.

Beautiful views of the pool and coast from our balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for walking into town and close to beaches. Thoroughly enjoyable experience - highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, really warm indoor swimming pool, great location, and the best breakfast ever.

Great location to get anywhere across the city, The local tube station Rockafort is two minutes walk from the hotel. You get the benefit of a fairly quieter laid-back location still with lots of amenities but with easy access to the busier parts of the city. Incredible property. Wonderful place to stay, location ideal for exploring the entire city in every direction. Stylish rooms, good size, nice vaniety, sink, over bath shower. A perfect stay. Arrived early and got checked in by 12:30pm. Great local tips from receptionist about where to go and mentioning finer details like best stop for Park Güell to limit stair climb etc. Lovely room which fitted bill and clean. Could also airplay Netflix or YouTube via phone / tablet to tv if you want to one evening too. Two lifts so never need to wait too long. Location is good. Five mins walk from Plaza Catalunya and next door to a big Lidl. Quiet street so no issues sleeping...

Excellent beautiful hotel. Was only disappointed that the pool was shut - seasonal. And the spa with the indoor pool had limited hours (12-8pm) with a rather expensive charge of €25 per hour. Surely as hotel guests we should have more access to the spa pool.
