Friendly and helpful staff but cleanliness in the rooms need an improvement

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel in Sitges. We love staying here. The rooms are lovely. Our room was described as 'Partial Sea View' but we had a full view of the sea and the entire town on Sitges. The view alone was amazing. Very comfortable room. Great bathroom. Two free bottles of water a day and every evening, a member of staff comes around to give guests a free chocolate! The breakfast buffer was wonderful. The staff were all so warm and friendly. Superb hotel with great staff. Great location to start enjoying Barcelona from, close to all the main shops and local attractions, with easy access to transportation links.

Lovely quiet location with a rustic feel. Loved the enthusiasm of the family that own it and the details she gave of Carulla which had been in their family for centuries. Chance to chill by the pool which got sun for 90% of the day. It is 15 mins from any shops so make sure you stock up before as there is no restaurant anywhere nearby. kitchen stocked with everything you need and in the colder months plenty of wood for the fire. Really nice suites and excellent service

A brilliant place with an excellent location, superb staff and comfortable accommodation. The breakfasts were great and there is a great tapas bar associated with the hotel. The dinner menu is Catalonian and the food is great although on the expensive side.

The service was amazing and they were so friendly. They would always tried to give me anything I asked and I would really like to give the workers all a round of applause!! Amazing hotel, amazing staff and amazing holiday!

A hidden gem

Great 4‑day stay at Arc La Rambla in September 2026. The location is perfect — right on La Rambla but at the quieter end near the port, with easy access to the Gothic Quarter, metro and plenty of food spots. Rooms were clean, modern and had strong AC, which was ideal in the heat. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Not a luxury hotel, but excellent value and very convenient for exploring Barcelona. Would stay again.

Our room (207) was spacious and had a separate seating area which was a real bonus when it rained for 2 days during our stay. There is also a small gym which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Rosa and Maria, were amazingly helpful. The breakfast was also really good and good value!

Great hotel and location for all Barcelona attractions

Excellent reception and house keeping staff. Very helpful and knowledge and with everything. Amazing location for shops and restaurants. Large rooms and cleaned to good standard. Pool area is a bonus. Would stay again

Great hotel, clean and tidy with comfortable rooms. Shame the bus to the airport doesn’t run all day.

We were having a long weekend in Barcelona and wanted a convenient comfortable hotel to use as a base. We got more than that. Close to La Rambla in L'eixample district, it is perfectly located for sightseeing. Clean and comfortable but still stylish rooms. We were greeted on arrival with a class of cava or orange juice, perfect in the evening heat after a flight. We had no complaints whatsoever and would happily stay here again.
