"Location brilliant, lovely hosts, good size but thought it was a bit expensive."

Very comfortable beds and sofa , the kitchen was extremely well equipped and nice to have your own patio area.Would have given 5 star rating, though reduced to 4 because the listing did NOT state that the bathroom & toilet was downstairs (the bedrooms are upstairs) plus at times you could hear the owners who lived in house the annex is joined to, and smell their cooking through the (locked) adjoining door. ."

"The breakfasts were scrumptious. The beach was just below our room, with extensive views across the Cleddau estuary, with 2 swans coming in and out with the tides. The hotel staff were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. "
