"This property is one of the cheaper properties to rent in Port Macquarie (Central). Some parts of the property are still need of some reno. The bathroom in ROOM 16 definitely needs a full replacement. The vanity is falling apart, the tap over the basin leaks as does the shower head and the water tap for the toilet. Due to this a part of the floor featured a pool of water every day during the stay. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean. The aircon worked OK. The small TV received all regular free-to-air channels. At times the Wi Fi was slow. The beds were comfortable. The under-bench fridge kept items cold. The limited on-site parking is a bit tight, but there is street parking available when needed."
