Certina is made up of 2 buildings: the owner's house and another building with 4 independent apartments. The buildings are surrounded by a stone courtyard. Thers is a wood with firs, pines, olive trees and chestnut trees and paths for walking or mountain biking. Very old country house "Certina", 510 m a.s.l., renovated, surrounded by trees. 13 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 33 ha, garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 23.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Vi tilbragte 1 uge i lejligheden, hvor vi fik slappet helt af. Lejligheden indeholdt alt hvad der var brug for og swimmingpoolen var en af de bedre vi har oplevet. Udsigten ud over dalen var mageløs. Værtsparret gjorde alt for at vores ophold skulle være perfekt og stod til rådighed hvis vi havde spørgsmål. Det på trods af, at der var en sprog barriere.

Posto tranquillo e rilassante immerso nella natura, anche i proprietari Gentilissimi, ma avendo noi viaggiato molto abbiamo notato in questa struttura la totale assenza di kit di benvenuto "olio sale aceto e carta igienica" No wifi, no tv, e piscina inaccessibile per invasioni di vespe. I Servizi urbanici, lontani dalla struttura.

L'appartement correspond bien à la description. Nous y sommes restés une semaine et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location. xxx et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été à notre écoute pendant tout le séjour (tout en restant très discrets). Le seul petit bémol était l'eau de la piscine un peu froide, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de nous baigner!
