Hotel need to improve on the toiletries supply items. The items provide was not enough, and we have to call wait for housekeeping to send. Also the bath towel was not clean, perhaps hotel may consider to change for a new batch, as the towel already turn grey. Hope there is improve for our next visit. Really clean rooms and nice staffs, very professional. I had reserved a double bed room but the hotel received it from an agency as a reservation for a twin bed room. Hope they clear out the problem with the agency. The room was clean but its towels are smelly, like butter. It would be better if the customer brings his own towel.
