"We had originally reserved a three-bedroom house to accommodate our group. Upon arrival, we were informed that the house was unavailable due to ongoing construction, and we were instead given two queen bedrooms. This substitution was in no way comparable to the spacious, private three-bedroom home we booked and paid for. The accommodation did not meet our space requirements and significantly impacted our comfort during the stay."

"Apartment was okay. The Hotel.com site should have “no children” clause upfront or more clarification as to what ages may be acceptable. When I called to inquire about children, and if I could be accommodated I did not receive a reply. So I had to secure additional accommodations. The entrance door code did not work and we had to wait for someone to fix the problem-weak battery. The people were nice. Probably not stay again. Furniture dated but full kitchen was a plus. Didn’t stay but went in to check it out."
