"This property is very old with a remodel that is now very worn. Bathroom door would not shut and a/c made up its own temperature. All the staff was excellent and helpful except, one manager who thought he was better than everyone. I walked in and he was trying to pawn off another customer and her changing room issues onto another member of staff. And to my delight he tried to help me not once but twice, they have the fancy kiosks to check in so he doesn't have to work. When I tried it of course it couldn't find me and he had to come and show me, how superior he is to me. After trying three times using the kiosk, he went to the computer. After a couple minutes the issue was how Expedia reserved the room, but he corrected the issue and got me keys for the 2nd floor room. This is a property with 4 seperate buildings, and he was perplexed that I didn't know which one to go to... After he finally gave me a map of the property, we went to find our room and this is when I realized the second floor room, so back to the office. Yeah, I get the other person at the desk but he takes over, my request for a first floor room. But this time he remembers to give me a map, forgetting that i already have one. I believe his name is Chip, or Curtis. If this property was at a $70 price it would be worth it. If you do decide stay watch out for Chip."
"We paid 12 dollars for parking in their private lot, which allowed us to leave the car til 3pm the next afternoon while we walked around old town. Very safe and thoughtful "
"The property is beautiful and the restaurant was wonderful. The area was fanatic. Gorgeous. Check in staff a bit odd and lacked friendliness. The valet isn’t a true valet, you’ll need to go get your own car and walk with luggage to the garage to get your own car. We loved our stay. Lovely place and area. "
"I had a four-night stay at the property and it met my expectations. The inn is conveniently located within walking distance to the plaza, churches, Canyon Road and other tourist attractions. The made-to-order breakfast was lovely (although some of the servers can be non-attentive), the lobby is well-appointed and comfortable, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the outdoor pool is heated to 82 degrees so despite chilly air it is still warm enough for a swim. Best of all, the restaurant and bar have good, reasonably priced food so we didn't have to hunt for a place to eat every night."
"Front staff was very nice, hotel was clean, but our room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. The lamp had a stain, and the electrical outlet was loose. The room was also very small for 300 dollars. "
