"The room was lovely, comfortable and roomy. The bed was just a touch more firm than I would prefer but still very pleasant (and hotel beds are almost always a little too firm). I'm not a big breakfast person, but I enjoyed what the property had to offer. Everything was charming and the location was fantastic for walking around Santa Fe."

"The bed was really old and hard. The mattress was stained, you would think a place that charges hundreds of dollars a night would put some money into making sure you're not sleeping on a mattress that is old and over used."

"I had a four-night stay at the property and it met my expectations. The inn is conveniently located within walking distance to the plaza, churches, Canyon Road and other tourist attractions. The made-to-order breakfast was lovely (although some of the servers can be non-attentive), the lobby is well-appointed and comfortable, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the outdoor pool is heated to 82 degrees so despite chilly air it is still warm enough for a swim. Best of all, the restaurant and bar have good, reasonably priced food so we didn't have to hunt for a place to eat every night."
