"Overall, the experience was very good. Staff was exceptional, Gabriel and Stephen went over and above to make our stay pleasant. Location was very centrally located with regards to the entertainment district. This historic property is undergoing some renovations, and we had the opportunity to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms one night. It is a great improvement over the older rooms. We cant say enough about the service at this hotel. It is nice to see that they care so much about the customer experience."

The location was perfect for exploring Santa Fe, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk or drive away. Every detail exceeded our expectations, from the peaceful atmosphere to the excellent amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
