The property was old. The restroom shower curtain smelled moldy. There was rust on the doors and the carpet was stained and not vacuumed. It looked very run down, but it’s ok to stay the night and leave. Nothing special about facilities, the office staff was kind.

Worst family hotel
We stayed for four nights and never had the room cleaned. We had a 3 year old that got complaints about loudness at 8:30 p.m. if you have kids, Do Not stay here. They cater to oilfield people. I will not stay there again. The night manager needs a class in customer service. We have stayed in a lot of places and this place ranks in the top three worst.

Good: clean property , room. Friendly & professional staff. Coffee in office in AM. Could be Better: would like coffee in afternoon & evening too. Breakfast or Grab&Go would be nice.

It was ok for business, clean comfortable, and priced right, night staff was pretty busy, didn't notice the bed didn't have a blanket, front desk was doing laundry and running around working, had a blanket for the extra bed so I used it

Awesome and proffesional staff. The only problem we encountered was at the check in "the man working at night said we did not had a recervation" we traveled 6 hours to get to hotel and were tired. Someone else at night desk help him find reservation (my husband showed him the confirmation for the booking and he insisted we had no reservation.

We found the Travelodge by Wyndham Pecos to be a nice hotel. The front desk person was very professional as well as personable, the room was in very nice condition with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. No complaints and we would certainly consider staying here again if passing through Pecos.

I felt fairly unsafe at this Travelodge because the original room have a working phone. And then they placed me on the first floor. With a window that was not locked. The clerk also asked for my email address and then the next day I saw that my Expedia account password had been changed. I still need to find out if there was any fraud.

Clean and friendly staff!
This Travelodge was very clean. There were a couple issues with sink leaking and toilet kept running which I let the clerk know about. Since it is an older motel, those are going to happen. Staff were so very friendly. I would return again. They do not have breakfast but have ample coffee.

Stayed two separate occasions. First time was okay - you get what you paid for but still clean. Second time my room smelled dirty, there were hairs on the sink and the toilet still had traces of poop in it. Very disgusting. The remote had something sticky/dirty in it and the coffee table had spill stains on it. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and above average for a Travelodge
One of the nicest Travelodges I've stayed at. Friendly staff and a really clean room. Would stay here again on another trip through the area.
