About this property

Private Studio Suite with Queen and Bunk Beds, Full Kitchen and In-Unit Laundry

  • 3 Bed Studio Suite. Three crew members. One smart suite. The 3 Bed Studio Suite puts a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk into one 380-square-foot layout so a small crew can stay together, split the cost, and still have everything they need for a long Permian assignment.

The full-size kitchen handles real cooking. Large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and counter space. After a long shift nobody wants fast food every night. In-unit washer and dryer keeps the rotation of work clothes going without leaving the property. One private bathroom with a full shower. Central heat and air.

Everything furnished from day one. Beds, linens, kitchenware, towels, furniture. A couch in the main living area. Fiber Wi-Fi throughout, fast enough for three people streaming and video-calling at the same time. Utilities included. Power, water, Wi-Fi. One rate split three ways is hard to beat.

Reserved parking right at the unit. On-site storage units on property for gear, tools, and equipment. Pet friendly. One dog welcome with a simple fee.

Located at 1 W County Road 204, Pecos, TX. Fast access to I-20 and straight to the jobsite. Groceries, fuel, and food close by.
