"Overall, this was a reasonably good hotel with a few areas that could be improved. We stayed for seven nights and booked three rooms while attending our son's wedding in Bradford. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the wedding venue. We also noticed that several other guests appeared to be staying at the hotel for the same event, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The main issue we experienced was with the bathroom toilets. The flushing system was unreliable and quite frustrating to use. It often required multiple attempts to flush properly, which became increasingly inconvenient over the course of our stay. This is something the hotel should address, as it affected the overall comfort and experience. On the positive side, the staff were exceptional. Every member of the team we interacted with was friendly, dedicated, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference to our stay, and they truly deserve a 10/10 rating for their outstanding customer service. The gym was also a welcome addition and was well maintained, providing a great facility for guests. While there are a few maintenance issues that need attention, particularly with the bathroom facilities, the excellent staff, convenient location, and good amenities made our stay enjoyable overall."

"We stayed at Dakota for our wedding in Leeds and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel is stunning and the interior decor made for some great pictures on the morning of the wedding. We opted for the signature suite to ensure there was plenty of space for a bridal party to get ready. Not only is the hotel beautiful, every staff member we met was lovely and couldn’t have been more accommodating. In particular Dave on the door was amazing and nothing was too much trouble, including rallying around us on the morning ensuring we had fans, mirrors, stools and plenty of refreshments when getting ready. Thank you for making our stay feel so special and we can’t wait to stay again in the future."

"We booked in hotel staff where fantastic I had car issue and they where supportive my mum has mobility issues and again supportive with the shower and bed from gym to house keeping and resption staff and restaurant staff again amazing and even swimming staff helped my mum for swimming amazing night thank you"
