Included breakfast, I had T-Bone steak and eggs. only negative was no closet or dresser, but a high up open coat rack that a 5' tall person would have trouble reaching. The bed was medium firm. Great shower. There are only 3 rooms at this hotel, we were the only ones there for 2 of our 3 nights. The rooms are right under the restaurant, but it was not noisy. There were 3 small steps down to the rooms with a small landing between. A wheelchair would create a challenge but would be doable. The John Wesley Powell museum is across the street. The freeway 2 miles, easy access to everything needed. I would go back. "

Easy to get to and a good 'base of operations' for access to the trails in the area, moab and canyonlands. Penny was quick to answer any questions and responded in minutes. Felt welcome and at home - will be back the next time we head out to moab and have already recommended the place to friends. "
