The tent has 2 sleeping cots, a small table, a light and a fan.. The modern remodeled bathrooms are a short walk from the tent. A communal barbeque is nearby for cooking. Weather and conditions permitting, we have a fire pit . Our properties on VRBO have a combined total of almost 700 five star reviews. We are conveniently located on I-70 at exit187\. The Moab and Aches National Park exit is 5 miles to the west at Exit 182\. My friend and I had a lovely stay! The tent was clean and as expected. My only complaint is how close it is to the railroad tracks. I was woken up in the middle of the night to a train horn that sounded like it was about to blaze through the tent. Although, my friend wasn’t woken up because he is a heavy sleeper. The tent was very clean when we arrived. There are multiple bathrooms in the office building in the tent and each one had a shower. The bathrooms were very clean. It got a little chilly at night in late April, but we had an electric heater with us so we were comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. ##### Jessica L.
