Loved it!

Great place! No complaints. Will stay again if and when we go back. We loved the location. It was on the quiet side of town. Everything worked great and it was nice to have space to spread out.

Second time I’ve stayed here in 3 years. If it’s available I’ll be staying there again next time I’m in Moab. The last unit we had there was a memory foam mattress so it was a bit more comfortable than the regular mat in this unit. Great location and plenty of room for our family of 4.

The space was fine even if a bit run down. Several items needed attention, but the management did not reply to email requests. The sink didn't drain, the shower quickly ran out of hot water, and the washing machine did not have soap.

Able to spread out!

We loved having room for our group to spread out vs. being stuck in cramped hotel rooms. We also loved having a kitchen. It was not as well equipped as I would have liked and ended up buying a few things to donate to the kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Showers needed to be cleaned and the drains were pretty gross and a bit backed up. I brought my own bleach wipes, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper and was glad for it since these things were not included. Overall we had a wonderful stay but there could be a bit of improvement in the housekeeping between guests.

Great stay.

Red Sands Habitation is great. It met my family's needs perfectly. It's very clean. The beds are comfortable. We had an issue with a lock but it was resolved quickly with one phone call. If I'm ever in this area again i would definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

Clean, comfortable and close enough to town to get somewhere quick, but not too close fornall the hustle and bustle. The only knock was we could not watch the game on television because the cable was not working and we could not get the DVD player or tv to hook up to the internet to watch netflix. But that was a minor problem becaue we did not go to moab to watch tv anyway. I would stay again.
