We enjoyed the hot tub - even in the summer it was still nice to get in- also used the gas grill to cook a steak. I would say to bring a box fan and an alarm clock (not one in the master if want to get up early to catch sunrise in the park- if don't want phone alerts all night)- the box fan is needed since this is a downstairs unit you- can hear upstairs footsteps and moving of chairs etc. - very much needed if you are a light sleeper :) ##### Heather O. Such a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the luxury downtown rental and it did feel like luxury. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub hit the spot after hiking in Arches, the master bedroom shower was a treat with the double shower heads and benches. The location was quiet and parking right in front of our condo was great. Property manager was great to work with and got back to us quickly when we had a concern.
