Bathrooms are TINY.. plastic showers! Huge disappointment and we will never be back.. Room was clean, water didn’t get hot in the shower. Friendliness and customer service will go a long way. Don’t know who the guy behind the counter was at night, but he absolutely sucks at his job. I don’t even care if he owns the hotel.
