You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Nestled on the side of the Ouachita Mountains, located 1/4 mile west of the Caddo River is ScrappyJax Driftaway cabin. This brand new, modern, fully equiped cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway or family/group looking for adventure. The Driftaway is centrally located from Hot Springs, Mt. Ida crystal mines and the diamond mine in Murfreesboro.

The perfect little get away cabin.
The cabin was beautiful and newly renovated. We took a day trip up for the solar eclipse and it was excellent, the owners were very kind and quick to help out in anyway possibe. They even pointed us to a perfect viewing area and loaned us some chairs to make the viewing more comfortable. It was a great overall stay and experience. I highly recommended staying here.

My cabin couldn’t have been any cuter. Super clean. I came by myself for a mom’s weekend away to get some peace and quiet and go diamond digging, since my kids hated it. I went to C of D during the day, browsed a couple flea markets at my leisure, and relaxed in my cabin and read my book in silence during the evenings. It was perfect.
