You can enjoy the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool (4mx6m) which has a shutter for security as well as the barbecue for your grills. The barn is on a plot of 3000 m2.
Upstairs with stairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 and 1 bed 160). Including 2 air-conditioned.1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the ground floor: the kitchen opening onto the air-conditioned living room with dining and living area, a pantry and 1 toilet.
