I had to wait about 3 hours to be able to finally wash out my hair to get someone to come down. We got locked out of our own bedroom after we put everything in there and had to pick the door ourselves since they took so long. The chair was cracked and put back together and overall was gross. The sheets had hairs on them that weren’t ours."
